摘　　要：工程变更是企业科研生产的重要活动,良好的变更管理有助于企业提高产品质量,快速响应用户需求。在产品研制过程中,工程更改出现的时间越晚,其影响程度越大。文章基于PDM系统,结合企业自身实际,概述了变更管理的现状和不足,通过引入产品成熟度的理念,提出了一种基于产品数据成熟度的变更管理概念,给出了产品数据成熟度的等级定义和标识方法。结合某企业实践,概述了该方法的应用过程和取得的效果。The engineering change is an important activity in the enterprise scientific research and production. The good change management can help enterprises to inlprove the product quality and rapidly respond to the requirements of users. In the process of product development, the occurring time of engineering change is late, the influence degree is bigger. Based on Product Data Management （PDM） system and combining with the own actual of enterprise, this paper summarizes the present situation and deficiency of change management, proposes a change management concept based on product data maturity through introduction of product maturity concept, and gives the rank definition and identification method of product data maturity. Combining with such enterprise practice, this paper summarizes the application process and achieved results of this method.
