自体免疫细胞治疗前后胃癌患者外周血免疫功能测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过测定胃癌患者自体免疫细胞(DC/CIK)治疗前后外周血总T、Th、Ts、Treg、NK、B细胞及细胞因子INF-γ、IL-2、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平变化,探讨DC/CIK细胞免疫治疗对于胃癌患者免疫功能的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测31例胃癌患者DC/CIK细胞治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞及细胞因子的水平变化。结果经DC/CIK细胞免疫治疗后,胃癌患者外周血CD3+T、NK细胞数升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞显著降低(P<0.05),其他细胞变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DC/CIK治疗后细胞因子INF-γ、IL-2升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他细胞因子变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DC/CIK细胞免疫治疗在一定程度上可以提高胃癌患者的细胞免疫功能,增强患者抗瘤能力,从而更好控制肿瘤生长。[Objective] To investigate the immune function improvement of gastric cancer patients after DC/CIK biological therapy by evaluating the changes of T, Th, Ts, Treg, NK, B cells and. INF-% IL-2, TNF-ct, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 in peripheral blood. [Methods] Lymphoeytes in peripheral blood and related cytokine changes was detected in 31 patients with gastric cancer after DC/CIK biological therapy with flow cytometry. [Results] After DC/CIK biological therapy, CD3^＋ T, NK cells in the peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients were significantly increased （P〈0.05） and the CD4^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cells was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, the rest did not show a significant change （P〉0.05）. After treatment, INF-γ and IL-2 were significantly elevated （P〈0.05）, the remaining cytokines did not show a significant change （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The cellular immune function in gastric cancer patients generally low. To some extent DC/CIK cell immunotherapy can improve the gastric cancer patients＇ cellular immune function and control the growth of gastric cancer.
