摘　　要：目的 Nd:YAG激光虹膜切除术治疗Behcet病继发青光眼的临床效果。方法回顾性分析37例(51只眼)Behcet病性葡萄膜炎继发青光眼,Nd:YAG激光虹膜切除术治疗情况。结果 1YAG激光术后未加重葡萄膜炎反应。2多次激光治疗后,96.1%的患眼激光孔再闭。3激光术后可以暂时性控制眼压。4尽早施行抗青光眼手术。结论 Nd:YAG激光虹膜切除术治疗Behcet病继发青光眼,可暂时控制眼压,为抗青光眼手术创造条件。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Nd： YAG laser iridectomy in uveitis secondary glaucoma. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 37 cases （51 eyes）of uveitis （Beheet disease） of secondary glaucoma, use Nd： YAG laser iridectomy treatment. [Results] Laser surgery did not aggravate the uveitis. Afterthe laser treatment, 96.1% eyes cannot receive laser hole. After laser surgery to control intraocular pressure can be temporary. The early implementation of anti-glaucoma operation. [Conclusionl Nd： YAG laser iridectomy for treatment of uveitis secondary glaucoma can Temporary control intraocular pressure and create conditions for the anti-glaucoma operation.
