摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,高职院校应抓住契机,积极进行适应社会发展的教学改革,通过重新构建校企融合的适用于高等职业院校工学结合人才培养模式,开发基于工学结合人才培养模式下的教学资源建设,真正将教学资源在教学实践中推广、应用、普及。高等职业院校基于工学结合人才培养模式的教学资源建设,不是单一的资源建设投入,而是综合性、多样性、一体化的教学资源建设体系结构。Ith the steady economic and social development of productive forces, higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity to actively adapt the teaching reform and social development, rebuild schools and enterprises through the application of fusion combining vocational training model in engineering colleges, development combined with the construction of teaching resources personnel training mode based engineering, the real teaching resources in the teaching practice promotion, application, universal. Construction of higher vocational colleges teaching resources based training model combines engineering, not single resource construction investment, but rather, diversity, integration of teaching resources construction architecture.
