摘  要:通过测量不同工况下双辐板涡轮盘壁面温度、盘腔内气流压力和温度分布,研究了盘心冷气流量、转速及盘缘加热量对盘内流动与换热的影响。结果表明,双辐板涡轮盘试验件壁面温度随转速的上升而下降,随盘缘加热量的增加而上升;由于盘缘加热,整个壁面温度在径向上沿盘面逐渐上升;由于离心力作用,盘内气流压力随转速的上升而略有升高;转速越高换热效果越好,盘内气流温度越低。An experimental investigation on the flow and heat transfer in the dual-web turbine disk rig cavi?ty was conducted. The experimental data of disk wall temperature, air pressure and temperature distribution in the cavity was obtained for different operating conditions. The effect of the cooling mass flow rate, rotat?ing speed and heat flux from disk rim on flow and heat transfer field was investigated in details by analyzing the experimental data. The results demonstrates that the disk wall temperature decreases with the accretion of the rotating speed and increases with the accretion of the heat flux from disk rim;when the rim is heated the temperature on the disk wall increases along the radial direction;the cooling-air pressure rises slightly with increasing of the rotating speeds as a result of the centrifugal effect, on the other hand the cooling-air temperature in the cavity changes against with the rotating speed.
