微观经济学视角下的我国职业联赛“恒大现象”

摘　　要：针对当前我国职业联赛中热议的"恒大现象",运用微观经济学中的企业并购、公司化治理制度、有形和无形资产收益等相关理论和方法,以恒大体育俱乐部为研究对象,从微观角度逐一对"恒大现象"的起因、本质、俱乐部产权、资源配置、运营管理、价值评估等进行系统分析。我国体育俱乐部只有实现完全职业化营运,才能挖掘体育竞赛的最大商业价值、加速职业联赛发展、促进体育产业结构调整和发展。Aimed at the hot on the ＂Evergrande phenomenon＂in China Professional League Matches,this article was used micro- economics theories and methods such as enterprise mergers and acquisitions,company of governance system,tangible and intangible assets proceeds,as Evergrande Sport League for research object,It was made system analysis from micro- angle one by one on＂Evergrande phenomenon＂causes,nature,club property,resources configuration,operation management,and value assessment. At last it was pointed out only achieving full professional trading that in this way China Sports Club could to mining sports competitions’ maximum commercial value,Accelerating League development,promoting sports industrial structure adjustment and development.
