摘　　要：尿路改道是膀胱全切术后面临的重要问题,近十多年来,原位回肠新膀胱术作为根治性膀胱切除后恢复尿路的新术式,极大改善膀胱癌根治术后患者的生活质量,在临床获得日益广泛的应用,与传统的回肠膀胱术一起,分列为膀胱全切术后新旧尿流改道方式的代表。临床医师在书写病历时经常将"回肠膀胱术"和"原位回肠膀胱术"统一写作"回肠膀胱术",这就容易给编码员造成错觉,以致造成混合分类,直接影响数据的准确性以及临床对数据的检索。The diversion of urinary tract is an important problem we confronted after the totally bladder resection operation.As a new operation mode to recover the urinary tract after the radical cystectomy operation,the orthotopic neobladder operation had widely applied in clinic and improved the life quality of the patients greatly.It was regarded as the representative of urinary diversion mode along with the traditional Ileum Bladder operation.Clinical doctors used to give ileum bladder operation and orthotopic neobladder the same writing form as ＂ileum bladder operation＂,which would cause the illusion of coders and led to mixed classification,this would directly effected the accuracy of data and the clinical searching of data.
