护理学硕士研究生科研能力评价指标体系的初步构建

摘　　要：目的建立护理学硕士研究生科研能力评价指标体系。方法成立课题研究小组,结合相关文献和访谈法,采用Delphi法,对35名入选专家进行两轮咨询。结果初步构建了6个维度20个条目的护理学硕士研究生科研能力评价指标体系,两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为88.57%和96.77%,权威系数Cr=0.88,专家意见基本趋于一致。结论构建的指标体系具有科学性和实用性,可为护理学硕士研究生自评和导师及管理部门了解护理硕士研究生科研能力提供测评工具。Objective To develop an evaluation index system of nursing postgraduates＇scientiflc research capacity. Methods Methods included setting up a research group,literature review and interviews,and adopting Delphi method to deliver two rounds of questionnaire consultation among 35 experts. Results The e- valuation index system of nursing postgraduates＇scientific research capacity consisted of 6 Dimensions and 20 items. Two rounds＂ recoveries of expert consultation were 88.57% and 96.77% ,authority coefficient （ Cr ） was 0. 88 , experts＂ opinion basically tended to be consistent. Conclusion The scientific and practical eval- uation index system provides a tool for nursing postgraduates＂ self - evaluation, and the supervision and management of the supervisor and management departments.
