摘　　要：就业能力是连接经济增长和扩大就业之间的桥梁,更是推动经济增长的催化剂。研究国内外关于就业能力的概念、现状等方面的差异,厘清其产生的背景,可以为调整劳动力市场、缓解就业压力提供建议和对策,也必将推动经济的发展。Employment ablity is a bridge that connect between economic growth and employment expand ,even is the catalyst of promoting ecomic growth .The domestic and foreign research focus on the differences of employability concept ,present sistuation and the reasons ,can help adjust the labor market ,ease the employment pressure ,certain-ly also will make success to promote the economic growth .
