摘　　要：为落实2014年教育部在《国家教育事业发展第十二个五年规划》中提出的加强动手实践教学、加强学生创新意识和能力培养的要求,河南科技学院园艺园林学院结合多年的专业开放式实践教学探索,从连贯性、渐进性、有效性、特殊性等方面构建了园艺植物遗传育种开放式实践教学的体系,并从实践教学的保障规范化、效果评价、教学测评等方面进行了有效实施。Tor implement the requirement of enhancing hands -on practical teaching and the cultivation of innova-tion consciousness and innovative ability of students which proposed by the 12 th Five-year National Education De-velopment Plan issued by Ministry of Education in 2014,School of Horticultural Landscape Architecture of Henan Institute of Science and Technology combines its years of construction of open professional practical teaching ,con-structs an open practical teaching system of Horticultural Plants Genetics and Breeding from the characteristics of coherence ,progressiveness ,effectiveness and particularity ,as well as the introduction of open practical teaching im-plementation from the standardized guarantee ,effect evaluation and teaching assessment .
