地方院校图书馆转型期的建设与发展探析

摘　　要：面对高等教育转型,如何适应时代发展的需要,充分发挥自身作用,是地方院校图书馆面临的一个重要课题。通过分析转型时期地方院校图书馆发展的瓶颈,从馆舍规划、信息服务和馆藏资源建设等方面探讨图书馆建设与发展的策略,以期加强图书馆建设,发挥图书馆应有的职能和作用。How to adapt to the needs of the transitions and give full role-play is an important issue for the local libraries of university. By analyzing the bottleneck of local libraries in transition period,such as planning,information services and library resources to explore its construction and development so as to strengthen the library construction and exert its functions and role.
