济生肾气丸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎

摘　　要：目的探究济生肾气丸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者96例,随机分为2组。其中对照组48例,予以治疗肾病的常规用药进行治疗,如激素、降压药、利水药和免疫抑制剂等。治疗组48例,在常规治疗的基础上加用济生肾气丸,制成汤剂煎煮取汁100 m L,1次/d,分3次服用。2组均15 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。治疗结束后,对比分析治疗前与治疗后患者肾功能指标(BUN、Scr、GFR)、尿蛋白含量及临床疗效的差异。结果:治疗后与治疗前相比,2组患者24 h尿蛋白含量降低,且对照组和治疗组相比,治疗组24 h尿蛋白含量下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后检测2组患者肾功能指标(BUN、Scr、GFR)发现,治疗后明显优于治疗前,且治疗组治疗改善的效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者临床疗效显著,治疗组临床症状改善的总有效率为92.1%,对照组临床症状改善的总有效率为67.3%,而治疗组改善程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论济生肾气丸可温补脾肾、化气行水,补后天以强先天,健运脾胃,肾气得复,水湿得化,能够有效改善慢性肾炎的各项病理现象,疾病向愈合方向发展。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jisheng shenqi Pills on spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 96 cases of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic kidney ball nephritis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in the control group were treated with general medication such as hormone,antihypertensive drug,diuresis drug and immune inhibitors; 48 cases in the experiment group were treated with Jisheng Shenqi Pills（ made in decoction 100 m L,an agent daily for three times）. The treatment course of the two groups was 15 days. They were treated for one course. The renal function（ BUN and the Scr and the GFR）,urinary protein and clinical effect of differences before and after the treatment were compared. Results Compare with before treatment,24 h urine protein contents of the two groups were reduced after the treatment. 24 h urine protein content of the experiment group declined obviously. There are statistical differences（ P 〈0. 05）; The kidney function indicators（ BUN,and Scr,and GFR） of the two groups were better after the treatment. The experiment group improved better than control group. There was a statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; There were significant clinical effect in both groups after treatment. The total effective rate of the improvement of the clinical symptoms in the experimental group was92. 1%. The total efficiency of the control group in terms of the improvement of clinical symptoms was 67. 3%. The experiment group improved better than control group. There was a statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jisheng Shenqi Pills can tonify spleen and kidney,regulate the activities of Qi,strengthen the body and invigorate spleen and stomach to recover kidney Qi and improve the pathological conditions of chronic nephritis with good curative effect.
