摘　　要：目的:观察超强玻璃纤维加流动树脂牙周夹板(FRC)应用于因牙周病造成的松动后牙固定的临床疗效。方法:选择牙周病患者50例,经过系统牙周基础治疗后,用FRC固定松动后牙,1年后观察临床效果。结果:50例患者松动后牙固定1年后成功率为90%,咀嚼功能满意度100%,口腔清洁满意度92%。结论:FRC固定松动后牙,可恢复患者咀嚼功能,有利于口腔清洁,能有效保存松动后牙。AIM： To investigate the clinical effect of super glass fiber-reinforced composite periodontal splint （ FRC） on the fixation of loosen posterior teeth caused by periodontal disease.METHODS：50 patients with per-iodontal disease were included.After systematic periodontal treatment, FRC periodontal splint was used to fix the loos-en posterior teeth.The clinical effect was observed one year after the treatment.RESULTS：The success rate of stabili-zing the loosen posterior teeth by FRC was 90%.Masticatory function was restored in 100% cases and 90% patients showed good oral hygiene status.CONCLUSION：FRC is effective in the fixation of loosen posterior teeth, restoring masticatory function and keeping oral hygiene.
