摘  要:目的探讨椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作全瓷冠在后牙种植修复的临床应用。方法选取30例后牙种植术后病例,使用椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作制作30个全瓷冠,术后即刻、3个月、6个月及1年对修复体各方面指标进行评价。结果 30个修复体1次戴牙成功率达100%,边缘适合性好,戴牙后1年仅1个修复体出现折裂,患者满意度高。结论椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作系统制作全瓷冠用于后牙种植义齿修复是可行的。Objective 'Fo evaluate tile clinical effeet of ceramic erowns in 30 eases for implant prosthesis fabrieated with 3D CAD/CAM system. Methods Thirty patients with posterior implant were selected tu accept lhe crowns prosthesis. All tbe 30crowns were scanned anti designed in 3D CAD/CAM system and milled out of porcelain blocks, and cemented with composite luting agents. Tbe restorations were assessed after the operation, three months, six months and one year. Results All Ihe 30 crowns were successfully cemented after fabrication and arehived well margin fit. Only one of the 30 restorations failed during the ohservation period, and the satisfaetiun rate was higb. Only one of tbe 30 restorations failed during the observation period. Conclusion The crowns fabricated with 3D ehairiside dental CAD/CAM system could gain good result in implant prosthesis at posterior region.
