精神分裂症照料者的心理状况及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症照料者的心理状况及其相关影响因素。方法 80例参加者均来自出院随访精神分裂症患者照料者,应用一般情况调查表,艾森克人格问卷、流调中心抑郁量表、孤独量表、自尊量表、羞涩量表做出评定。同时给予对照组相同的量表进行评定,采用SPSS 11.5统计处理。结果精神分裂症照料者中母亲及父亲占的比例较大,分别是36.5%和21.3%;照料者人格特征在神经质及掩饰性维度与对照组有明显差异(t=3.699,P=0.000;t=-1.998,P=0.047);照料者人格特征与心理状方面,精神质与孤独呈显著正相关(r=0.321,P<0.01),与抑郁和自尊呈正相关(r=0.201,P<0.05;r=0.198,P<0.05);而外向性与孤独及羞涩呈负相关(r=-0.212,P<0.05;r=-0.231,P<0.05),与抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.356,P<0.01);神经质与抑郁及自尊呈正相关(r=0.197,P<0.05;r=0.218,P<0.05),与孤独呈显著正相关(r=0.316,P<0.01);而掩饰性与自尊呈显著负相关(r=-0.256,P<0.01),与羞涩呈正相关(r=0.213,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症照料者心理状况较普通人群存在明显异常,且与其个性心理特征有关,需要进一步关注。[ Objective ] To explore schizophrenia caregiver psychological status and related factors. [Methods ] 80 eases of participants are from discharge follow-up of patients with schizophrenia caregiver the application of gen- eral situation questionnaire, Eysenek Personality Questionnaire, The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale, Loneliness Scale, self-esteem scale, shyness scale to make evaluation. Control group used the same scale for assessment. All results were processed with SPSS11.5. [Results] The proportion of mother and father were larger in schizophrenia caregiver, and were 36.5% and 21.3% respectively. And there was a distinct difference in the neurotic and masked dimension of earegiver personality characteristics than the control （t =3.699, P=0.000;t =-1.998, P = 0.047）; As far Caregiver personality characteristics and mental status aspects. Psychotieism show significant positive correlation with loneliness （r =0.321, P 〈0,01）, and positive correlation with depression and self-esteem （r =0.201, P 〈0.05; r =0.198, P 〈0.05） ;Extraversion show negative correlation with lonehness and shyness （r =-0.212, P 〈0.05; r =-0.231, P 〈0.05）, and significant negative correlation with depression （r =-0.356, P 〈0.01）; Nervosity show signifi- cant positive correlation with depression and self-esteem （r =0.197, P 〈0.05; r =0.218, P 〈0.05）, significant positivecorrelation with loneliness （r =0.316, P 〈0.01）; Concealing show significantly negative correlation with self-esteem （r =-0.256, P 〈0.01）, and positive correlation with shyness （r =0.213, P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The psychological sta- tus of schizophrenia caregiver is obvious anomaly than the general population, and show the correlation with their individual mental characteristics, and need further attention.
