摘 要:刹车片为汽车制动系统的关键部件,其配方材料的研究历来被科研人员所重视。通过对刹车片摩擦材料专利进行检索和分析,发现日本(代表企业阿基波罗)和欧美(代表企业辉门)等国家在刹车片摩擦材料研究方面不仅起步早,而且一直引领着行业发展。中国起步晚,但是最近几年专利发表有了突飞猛进的进展。也发现刹车片摩擦材料经历三阶段,目前进入了一个新材料时期。未来的发展方向为寻求更具环保性、高性能新材料和复配料新工艺。Brake pads, as a key component of the automobile brake system, the development of friction materials for brake pads have been paid great attention by researches. Researches in Japan (represented by Akebono), Europe and America (represented by Federal-Mogul) began early and had been leading the industry development for years. Though started late, it has achieved great development of patents of friction materials recently in China. Though the analysis it was also found that the development of friction materials could be divided into three main periods, and now come into the new materials and technologies era. The development trends of future was to seek new more economical, environmental, high- powered materials and more efficiently economical technologies of complex ingredients.
