摘　　要：目的 探讨直肠癌扩大根治术的临床效果.方法 选取96例直肠癌住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用扩大根治术和传统手术进行治疗,对比两组效果.结果 观察组的淋巴清除数目、复发率、淋巴结转移率、满意率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）,两组患者手术后的各项血清水平均低于手术前（P＜0.05）,但两组术后差异不明显（P＞0.05）.结论 扩大根治术治疗直肠癌的临床效果较传统手术方法更加显著.Objective To study the clinical effect of expand radical on rectal cancer.Methods Selected 96 cases of hospitalized patients with rectal cancer and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group.Expand radical and traditional surgery treatment were used respectively to compare the results of them.Results In observation group,the number of lymphatic clearing,the recurrence rate,lymph node metastasis rate and satisfaction rate were better than those in control group （P ＜0.05）,and serum levels of the two groups of patients after surgery were all louer than before surgery （P ＜0.05）,but the postoperative differences in the two groups were not significant （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusions The effect of expand radical treatment on the colorectal cancer effect is more significant than traditional surgery method.
