护理干预措施降低食管癌根治术患者手术室相关并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在食管癌根治术中,护理干预措施对降低手术室相关并发症的影响,期望找到科学有效的护理方法,提高护理效率.方法 回顾性分析2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日汕头大学医学院接受食管癌根治术的患者394例,根据患者及家属意愿,180例患者接受常规手术室护理,为对照组;214例患者接受预防性护理干预措施,为干预组.比较两组患者常见手术室相关并发症发生率、患者住院时间.结果 干预组常见手术室相关并发症发生率、患者住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 改良后的手术室护理干预措施能明显降低食管癌根治术手术室相关并发症的发生率,提高手术质量,同时,能有效减少患者住院时间,改善患者的生存质量.Objective To investigate in the esophageal cancer radical,the effect of nursing interventions to reduce the operating room related complications,expect to find a scientific and effective care methods,improve care efficiency.Methods A retrospective analysis on 394 cases of esophageal cancer radical patients from January 1,2013 to December 31,2013 in our hospital,according to the wishes of patients and their families,180 patients received conventional operating room nursing,denoted as the control group,214 cases of patients received preventive care interventions,denoted in the intervention group.Common theater-related morbidity and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results Common theater-related morbidity and hospitalization time in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The improved operating room nursing interventions can significantly reduce the incidence of esophageal resection operating romm related complications and improve the quality of surgery,while effectivly in reducing hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients.
