摘　　要：MOOC(大型开放式网络课程)的兴起给高等教育带来了一股新鲜力量,它是高校教学模式和学习方式变革的助推器。本文探讨了MOOC兴起的原因,进而分析它的优势和劣势,希望为高校选择MOOC课程提供一些借鉴。The rise of MOOC （Massive Open Online Courses） brings freshness to higher education. MOOC gives impetus to the reform of teaching and learning in higher education. The thesis analyzes reasons of the rise of MOOC, and further probes into MOOC＇s advantages and disadvantages, hoping to provide refer-ences for universities to choose MOOC＇s courses.
