摘　　要：伴随着21世纪社会对各类人才的需求,国内各所高校开始向综合性大学的方向发展。艺术学作为综合性大学办学中的一个重要门类科学,由于其专业的独特性在人才培养方面有着与传统文理学科不同的培养模式。本文就艺术学科的发展背景,艺术人才培养存在的问题,以及人才培养改革的几点建议对我国综合性大学艺术人才培养进行了探讨。Along with the demands for various talents in the 21st century, domestic universities are developing towards compre-hensive universities. Art is an important discipline for a compre-hensive university, but due to its particularity, its talent cultiva-tion modes are different from traditional ones for liberal arts and science. This paper explores the cultivation of art talents in Chi-na＇s comprehensive universities from the development back-ground of art, the problems existing in art talent cultivation, as well as several suggestions on talent cultivation reform.
