摘  要:在科学技术飞速发展,信息呈爆炸式增长的社会背景下,知识的更新速度也变得非常之快,对人的学习能力的要求也随之提高,学习者的学习不再是一劳永逸的,而是要求学习者能够有计划地、可持续地、快速地进行自主学习。本文深入研究自主学习的理论基础,更针对当代大学生的特性,结合当下社会学习环境的大背景,探讨如何提高学生的自主学习能力。Along with the rapid development of science and tech-nology, as well as the explosive growth of information, the knowl-edge renewal speed also becomes very fast, leading to a raised demand for people's learning ability, namely, learners no longer learn things once and for all, but instead, they are required to carry out autonomous learning pertinently, sustainably and rapidly. This paper further studies the theoretical basis of au-tonomous learning, and explores how to improve students' au-tonomous learning ability, in accordance with the characteristics of contemporary university students as well as the current learn-ing environment of the society.
