摘  要:目的提高广枣药材的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对广枣进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定广枣中没食子酸与原儿茶酸的含量。结果 TLC对没食子酸与原儿茶酸分离度均良好;没食子酸在3.53~70.60μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.8%,RSD为1.5%(n=6);原儿茶酸在6.24~124.8μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该定性方法专属性强,定量方法简便、快捷、准确,可作为广枣药材的质量控制方法。Objective To improve the quality standard of Choerospondiatis Fructus .Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify Choerospondiatis Fructus ,and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the gallic acid and protocatechuic acid content in the Choerospondiatis Fructus .Results TLC showed excellent performance for both gallic acid and protocatechuic acid ;gallic acid in the range of 3 .53‐70 .60μg · mL^-1 showed good linear relationship .The average recovery was 103 .8% ,and RSD was 1 .5% (n=6);protocatechuic acid in the range of 6 .24‐124 .8μg · mL^-1 showed good line‐ar relationship .The average recovery was 101 .4% ,and RSD was 1 .1% (n=6) .Conclusion The qualitative method is specific . The quantitative method is simple ,fast and accurate ,and can be used for the quality control of Choerospondiatis Fructus .
