摘　　要：HXD1型大功率重载交流机车二年检和六年检车轴不完全解体,限制了探伤条件,但是,采用现有的马蹄形探伤器探伤效率较低。主要研制了HXD1型电力机车车轴专用探伤机,介绍了探伤机的组成、功能、技术指标和运用情况。HXD1 type heavy load AC locomotive two annual audit and six years inspection shaft is not completely disintegrated, limit testing conditions, however, uses the horseshoe shaped detector testing efficiency of existing low. The main development of type HXD1 electric locomotive axle special inspection machine, introduces the technical indexes and using the composition, function, condition testing machine.
