摘　　要：全科住院医师规范化培训是培养合格全科医师的必经途径,是深化医药卫生体制改革和医学教育改革的重大举措。本研究以江西省全科住院医师规范化培训教育工作为例,围绕政策层面、理论研究层面、管理技术层面、具体实施层面四个层面开展全科住院医师规范化培训模式与管理路径的研究。通过理论研究和工作实践,希望能为政府、卫生行政部门提供决策依据,为科学规范全科医师规范化培训的管理与实施、社区医学人才的可持续发展奠定基础。The General resident physician standardization training is not only a necessary approach to cultivate general practitioners,but also an important measures in deepening the reforms of medical sanitary system and medical education. The research,citing Jiangxi general resident standardization training work as an example,focused on the four aspects of the policy level,the theoretical research level,management level,the specific implementation technology to carry out the research, aiming to provide a decision _ making basis for the scientific standardization training and application as well as the sustainable development of the community medical specialists.
