摘　　要：移动互联网的迅猛发展为企业提供了管理投资者的新渠道,移动网络投资者关系质量管理逐渐成为企业管理中的新生关注点。选取网站易用性、信息有用性以及对话回路三个对话原则构建三维象限分析法来测度企业移动网络投资者关系管理,并对财富500强企业的移动网络投资者关系质量进行评估。研究结果显示,当企业选择移动网络作为投资者关系管理渠道时该企业就会在三个测度项上表现良好,能对企业的投资者管理起到积极作用。With the rapid development of mobile network, enterprises find a new channel to manage their investor relationship quality （IRQ）. The Investor Relationship Quality management becomes the newly-born focus in enterprise management. In this paper, the authors use ease of interface, usefulness of information,and dialogic loop as evaluation index to measure the mobile websites＇ performance of Fortune 500 companies. Quadrant Analysis is adopted to analyze survey. The result shows that as long as enterprise chooses mobile websites as IR channels, it will perform well on three Dialogic Principles.
