张力蛋白同源基因哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白和真核细胞翻译起始因子4E在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)和真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eIF4E)的表达及意义,分析这三者之间的相关性及其与NSCLC发生、发展、侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交方法进行检测,应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行结果分析。结果 NSCLC中,PTEN的阳性表达率低于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),mTOR和eIF4E的阳性表达率均高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN、eIF4E和mTOR与肿瘤的分化程度、分期、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移等密切相关。Objective Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression and significance of PTEN,mTOR and eIF4 E in non-small cell lung cancer,and to explore the relationship of them in the occurrence,development,transfer,invasion of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization was performed to detection.Results were analyzed by SPSS version 13.0.Results The positive rate of PTEN in NSCLC was significantly less than normal tissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of mTOR and eIF4 E in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than normal rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of eIF4 E and mTOR in NSCLC ae significantly higher than in normal lung tissue,and PTENreexpression in NSCLC is lower than in normal lung tissue,all of which are related with tumor differentiation,stage,histologic histological type,and lymph node metastasis.
