摘　　要：同轴回转式机构在动态检测过程中传感器安装位置的变形将直接影响检测精度,尤其是竖直方向上的变形直接影响检测点的位置。利用Solid Works对同轴回转式机构进行三维实体建模,导入ANSYS中对重要部件进行网格划分并输出模态中性文件,最后导入ADAMS中采用虚拟样机技术分别进行刚性分析和柔性分析,得到传感器安装位置的变形,同时得到机构在启动阶段的平稳性以及轴承的受力情况,为后期的设计改进工作提供重要的数据支持。The deformation of sensor＇s installation site will directly affect the detection accuracy in the course of dynamic detection of the coaxial rotary mechanism, especially the deformation in the vertical direction which affects the position of the detection point directly. The paper carries out 3D solid modeling to the coaxial rotary mechanism with the SolidWorks, inputs ANSYS for meshing the important components and outputs modal neutral file, and finally, uses the virtual prototyping technology in ADAMS for the analysis of rigidity and flexibility. By comparing the model we can obtain the deformation of the sensor, as well as the stability of institutions in the start-up phase and the forces of the bearing. The data provide important support for the design improvements.
