农产品中微囊藻毒素的国内研究现状及展望

摘　　要：微囊藻毒素(MC)是一类由蓝藻产生的毒素,该毒素具有极高的肝毒性和肿瘤促进作用,是主要的蓝藻毒素种类。对水产品、蔬菜等农产品中MC的检测方法和富集转移规律2个方面的研究现状进行综述,并对重要领域进行了展望。Microcystin is a kind of toxin produced by cyanobacteria,the toxins have high liver toxicity and tumor promoting effect. Microcystin are the main types of cyanobacterial toxins. In this paper,the research status of the detection method and enrichment regularity of MC in aquatic products and vegetables were reviewed and the important field was forecasted.
