八年制医学生实习阶段前临床技能强化训练的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床医学八年制医学生实习阶段临床技能强化训练的必要性和有效性。方法对南方医科大学第一临床医学院2007级临床医学八年制进入实习阶段的医学生,进行临床技能强化培训,分析是否培训与临床技能考核成绩具有相互关系。结果通过对是否培训及考核的结果的统计学分析,发现参加培训同学的总成绩以及分项操作成绩均明显高于未参加培训的同学(P<0.05)。结论临床医学八年制医学生在实习阶段开展临床技能强化训练可有效提高临床技能操作水平。ObjectiveTo explore the necessity and effectiveness of the clinical skills in eight-year medical education during Internship.Methods The intensive training of clinical skills was performed in eight-stage medical students before internships, and the relationships between test results and training was analyzed.ResultsThe results of examination were statistically analyzed, the total score and operational score of the students participate in training were significantly higher than the students did not participate in training （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intensive training can effectively improve eight-year students’ practical ability.
