摘　　要：在BIM技术蓬勃发展的背景下,对BIM技术的发展历程作了简述,BIM如何定义与数据如何共享进行了技术层面上的剖析,通过对比Revit、Archi CAD、Bentley几种主流BIM核心建模软件,挖掘各自平台的优劣。将BIM软件与国内外BIM工程应用实例结合,对BIM技术在建筑施工中的作用进行了具体介绍,并展望了BIM技术未来可能的发展方向,在建筑全生命周期管理中起着不可或缺的作用。In the context of the vigorous development of BIM （ Building Information Modeling） technology, this paper briefly described the development of BIM technology, Analyzed BIM technology how to define and how the data sharing. By comparing several mainstream BIM core modeling software such as Revit, ArchiCAD and Bentley, discovred the pros and cons of each platform. Combined with BIM software and engineering application which used BIM technology at home and abroad, BIM technology was introduced in detail the role of technology in building construction, and BIM technology in the direction of future devel- opment was prospected that BIM technology played an indispensable role in the whole life cycle of building management.
