摘　　要：从"科学商业"背景着手,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,提出了"科学创业家"的概念;界定科学创业家的内涵及其共性特征;结合创业过程中的角色定位对科学创业家进行分类,并详细辨析科学创业家与学术型创业家、科技创业者的关系,指明其在科学商业中的主体性地位。Starting from the background of “science business” and referring to relevant research results at home and abroad,the paper constructs the concepts of scientific entrepreneur. Then this paper clarifies the comnion char- acteristics of scientific entrepreneur through the analysis of the background, personality, ability, and based on this, combining with the role of entrepreneurshlp in the process scientific eIltrepreneur is classified. FinallY, the Similari-ties and differences between scientific entrepreneur, academic entrepreneur and technology entrepreneurs ix detailed besides,the subject status of scientific entrepreneurs is highlighted in scientific business.
