摘　　要：教育智库建设是中国特色新型智库建设的重要内容,全国教育科研院所是中国特色新型智库的重要组成部分。全国教育科研院所应自觉担当起新型教育智库建设的时代使命。教科院所要明确和坚定新型教育智库建设的方向,明确定位,发挥工作优势、体制优势和组织优势,以"五个突出"彰显教科院所的鲜明特色,实现科研重心、科研方式和科研组织形式的转变。要从增强国家软实力的战略高度,切实加强对教育科研工作的组织领导;从建设中国特色新型教育智库的高度,切实加强教育科研院所的自身建设;从全国一盘棋的高度,加强教育科研领域的资源整合。The construction of educational think-tank is one of the important contents of new type of educational think-tank with Chinese characteristics. Educational research institutions are the important part of new type of educational think-tank with Chinese characteristics, and should shoulder the era mission of constructing the new type of educational think-tank. During the construction of the educational think-tank, the educational research institutions should pay attention to the following aspects： being clear and with the firm direction of the construction of new type of educational think-tank, and being clear its position; giving full play to the advantages of educational research institutions in work, institution, and organization, and manifesting the distinguished features of educational research institutions with ＂five highlights＂; and realizing the transformation of research emphasis, research way and research organizational form. At the same time, we should effectively strengthen the organizational leadership to educational research from the strategic view of enhancing the national Soft power, strengthen the self-construction of educational research institutions from the view of constructing new type of educational think-tank with Chinese characteristics, and strengthen the resources reassignment in educational research from the view that the whole country is a single entity.
