《孟子》中“学”的意涵及现代启示

摘　　要：在遵循《孟子》原典本意基础上,破除顾名思义式解读所铸就的——《孟子》言"人性本善"不重视"学"或无需"学"的——思维定势,悉心探寻其中"学"的意涵不仅急迫而且必要。"求其放心"是"人性本善"的逻辑使然,是《孟子》中"学"之论说语境,《孟子》中"学"唯有在此语境中才能被准确地理解。《孟子》中"学"以"深造自得"为其本意,包括先立其大、反诸求己、博而约之、专心致志、持之以恒、反思质疑等内容。它给予我们两方面启示:一方面,学当致用,亦即学习应该为改善社会总体状况,为公义服务,而不仅仅是为了满足自我私利;另一方面,学应该讲求方法。By following the original intention of Mencius, this paper gets rid of the regular understanding that Mencius does not pay attention to leaming or need learning because it propose that human nature is good. It is urgent and necessary to search for the meaning of learning carefully. Searching for the lost mind is the logic dictates of the viewpoint that human beings is inherently good, also the context of learning in Mencius, and so learning would be understood accurately. Pursuing advanced studies is the core meaning of learning in Mencius, including establishing one＇s good personality first, seeking the cause in oneself instead of somebody else, getting something concisely from a broad reading, concentration, persistence, rethink and question and so on. It gives us the enlightenment is, on one hand, studies should be used to improve the overall condition of society, not just in order to meet the self-interests, on the other hand, leamin~ should have the right method.
