云计算视角下的第三方物流服务质量创新模型

摘　　要：第三方物流是以物流服务为核心的现代服务业,在目前国内电子商务和信息技术的推动下,无论是在促进企业联盟的形成中,还是在针对用户的有效服务中都占据了重要地位。第三方物流企业只有站在云计算服务创新管理的角度,建立其服务质量管理机制,才能从根本上提升物流服务水平,提高服务运营效率,最终实现提高服务盈利能力的目标。根据物流行业信息化建设的特点,构建物流云平台系统,要面向整体业务建设,采用统一部署,实现资源共享、按需分配的设计系统。3PL is the modern service industry taking logistic service as the core;driven by the development of e-commerce and IT in China,3PL is playing an important role in both promoting the form of enterprises alliance and providing customers with effective service. From the angle of making innovation in service management based on cloud computing,the 3PL enterprises should establish their service quality management mechanism to improve their logistic service,increase operational efficiency and enhance their capability for profit earning. According to the characteristic of informantionization of logistics industry,we should construct the logistic clout platform system,adopt the unified arrangement,realize the sharing of resources,and distribution according to one’s need.
