清华大学本科人才选拔目标与选拔方式的探索研究--以“新百年计划”为例

摘　　要：2011年清华大学自主招生新政——"新百年计划"正式对外公布。"新百年计划"由"领军计划""拔尖计划""自强计划"三部分组成,是清华大学面向新百年的育人目标,是人才选拔目标与选拔方式上的重要探索。"新百年计划"的实施成效表明,高校应切实从本校人才培养目标出发,制定针对不同类型人才不同的选拔方式,才能达到人才选拔和后续人才培养的最优效果。As for the new policy of Tsinghua self-selection, ＂The New Centuries Plan＂ formally published in 2011. It consists of three parts： ＂Leader Plan＂＂Top-notch Plan＂ and ＂Self-improvement Plan＂. It is an important exploration of Tsinghua University selecting talents targetand methods which is geared to the talents training goal of Tsinghua in new centuries. The implementation results of ＂The New Centuries Plan＂ show that based on the talents training goal universities should formulate for different types of talents selection in different methods in order to achieve optimal results.
