摘　　要：社会保险基金管理已成为劳动与社会保障专业的核心课程之一,也是一门理论性和实践性很强的课程。文章主要针对社会保险基金管理教学方面存在的重理论、轻实践,忽视专业能力培养的问题,进行了社会保险基金管理理论实训一体化的教学改革探索。＂ Social Insurance Funds Management＂ is a core course for the major of work and social security; it is a theoretical and practical course. This paper points out that attention should be paid to the cultivation of practical abilities rather than theoretical instructions in the hope of integrating theory with training in the course of ＂Social Insurance Funds Management＂.
