摘  要:目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗在双颌前突正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 48例双颌前突患者行微螺钉种植体支抗正畸治疗,治疗前后均摄X片,观察治疗前后的上中切牙唇倾角(U1-SN)、下中切牙唇倾角(L1-MP)以及上下中切牙长轴的交角(U1-L1),记录治疗后的并发症情况。结果本组48例双颌前突患者经治疗后,U1-SN、L1-MP及U1-L1值均较治疗前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者随访均未发现矫治器脱落、松动及局部感染、肿胀等并发症。结论微螺钉种植体支抗的生物相容性及稳定性均较好,在双颌前突临床正畸治疗中具有重要的价值,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-screw implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of bimaxillary protrusion. Methods Orthodontic treatment by micro-screw implant anchorage was applied in 48 bimaxillary protrusion patients. X-Ray was taken before and after treatment. The values of middle incisor labial inclination (U1-SN), under incisor labial inclination (L1-MP), and the angle of long axis of middle and under incisor (U1-L1) were observed. Complications after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the values of U1-SN, L1-MP, and U1-L1 were remarkably improved in the 48 cases, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Follow-up for all the patients showed that there were no complications as loose and fallen appliance, and local infection and swelling. Conclusion The application of micro-screw implant anchorage has good biocompatibility and stability, and it contains important value in the orthodontic treatment of bimaxillary protrusion. It is also worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
