摘　　要：将高等教育纳入市场机制引导后,民办高等教育空前发展,但亦存在诸多问题。影响民办高等教育健康发展的首要因素是办学理念。该文分析了民办高等教育办学理念的认识误区,认为民办高校必须以人为本,注重内涵,完善治理,才可以在发展中得到升华。The inclusion of higher education into the guidance of market mechanism has resulted in the unprecedented develop- ment of private higher education, hut there are also many prob- lems, and the school-running concept is the primary factor af- fecting the healthy development of private higher education. This paper analyzes the mistakes in understanding the school-running concepts of private higher education, and holds that private col- leges should pay attention to their connotation and improve their administration oriented by people, so as to improve upgrade themselves in development.
