摘　　要：大学生的全面发展、科学发展,既需要学校高水平的教学质量和服务质量,同时也有赖于科学的管理引导机制,对学生进行全面科学的评价是高校管理中的重要一环。但目前国内的大学生评价体系仍然存在诸多问题。基于"三全育人"理念,尝试从全方位、全过程、全员育人等三方面路径优化大学生评价体系,发挥其育人效应。The comprehensive and scientific development of uni- versity students not only needs high-level quality of university teaching and service, but also relies on a scientific management and guidance system, and the comprehensive and scientific eval- uation on students is an important link in university management, but, there are still many problems in the current evaluation system for university students in China. Based on the concept of ＂com- prehensive education from three aspects＂, this paper attempts to optimize the evaluation system for university students and give play to its education effect from overall, whole-process and whole-student education.
