摘 要:介绍了电网广域保护的定义、作用、构建模式、体系结构和关键技术,提出了一种电网广域保护新方案。所提广域保护系统基于在线自组织同步MAS,其中的所有智能体(Agent)由广域精确同步脉冲驱动实现时间同步,提高了广域保护系统的实时性;依据功能需求和预定规则在线自组织成多个基于MAS的子系统,以灵活实现不同层次和不同功能的广域保护子系统;具备实现广域后备保护及协调主保护、安稳措施的能力。详细描述了所提技术方案,并讨论了与常规保护和稳定控制装置的配合问题。The definition, the role, the constructing modes, and the key technologies of wide-area protection system for power grid are introduced. A new scheme of wide-area protection system is proposed. The proposed wide-area protection system is based on synchronized Multi-Agent System(MAS) self-organizing online. In order to improve the real-time performance, all of the agents in the proposed system are synchronized by s set of precise synchronization pulses. According to requirements and setting rules, specific function subsystems based on MAS can be constructed by self-organizing mode online. Therefore, it is flexible to construct subsystems for various purposes. The proposed system is of the capacity to achieve the functions of wide-area backup protection and to coordinate the main protections and the control equipments for enhancing stability of power system. The proposed scheme is introduced in detail, and the cooperation problem with traditional protection devices and control equipments for improving power system stability and security is discussed.
