8例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤临床诊治体会

摘　　要：目的讨论无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗。方法对2010年1月至2013年12月我院收治的8例此病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果无功能性胰岛细胞瘤多以腹痛不适、腹部肿块为首诊方式,彩超、CT、MRI诊断阳性率分别为62.5%(5/8)、87.5%(7/8)、80%(4/5)。本组8例经影像学检查后均接受手术治疗,3例经手术后病理诊断确诊为恶性肿瘤,5例为良性肿瘤,手术后均无复发或转移。结论本病的诊断主要依赖影像学检查以及胰腺内分泌功能的实验室检查,手术为主要治疗手段,术后绝大多数患者预后良好。Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis, treatment of non-functioning pancreatic islet cell tumors.Methods Clinical data of 8 cases which were suffered from non-functioning pancreatic islet cell tumors from Jan.2010 to Dec.2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Non-functioning islet cell tumor was initially diagnosed by abdominal pain and abdominal masses.The diagnosis rate of B ultrasound,CT,MRI for non-functioning pancreatic islet cell tumor was 62.5%（5/8）、87.5%（7/8）、80%（4/5）respectively. All of the 8 cases were treated with surgery after radiological tests,3 cases turned out to be malignant tumors,and 5 cases with benign tumors. All patients had not recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion Radiological and endocrinological examinations of pancreas are the main approaches for diagnosis of non functional pancreatic oslet cell tumors. Operation is the main treatment method after definite diagnosis and has a good prognosis.
