摘 要:目的比较酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定形磷酸钙(casein phosohopetide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate solution,CPP-ACP)溶液与纳米羟基磷灰石(nano hydroxyapatite,n HAP)溶液2种再矿化试剂对人工致龋液p H值的影响。比较2种溶液改变人工致龋液p H值能力的优劣。方法用n HAP溶液与CPP-ACP溶液分别滴定p H值为4.5的0.1 mmol/L人工致龋液,记录每加入0.1 m L再矿化试剂后人工致龋液p H值的变化,直至其无明显改变,对数据进行统计学分析。结果 n HAP溶液与CPP-ACP溶液均能使人工致龋液p H值明显升高,变化规律分别符合以下模型:HAP组=0.184×Ln(毫升数)+5.951和CPP-ACP组=0.171×Ln(毫升数)+6.530,即:人工致龋液的p H值随2种再矿化试剂的加入均不断升高,人工致龋液的p H值最终无限接近于7.0。CPP-ACP溶液使人工致龋液p H值升高的幅度明显大于n HAP溶液。结论在改变酸性人工致龋液的p H值方面,CPP-ACP溶液的作用更好。Objective To compare the effects of two remineralization solutions, nano hydroxyapatite (nHAP) remineralization solution and casein phosohopetide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP)remine-ralization solution,on pH value of artificial cariogenic solution,and to decide which solution is better in changing pH value of artificial cariogenic solution.Methods 0.1 mmol/L artificial car-iogenic (pH value is 4.5)solution was titrated by nHAP solution and CPP-ACP solution.The changes of pH value of artificial cariogenic solution was recorded when it was added with nHAP remineralization solu-tion and CPP-ACP solution per 0.1 ml,until the pH value had no significant change,then the data were statistically analyzed.Results nHAP and CPP-ACP solution were able to make the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution increased obviously.The changing models are as follows:HAP term=0.184×Ln(ML member)+5.951and CPP-ACP term=0.171 ×Ln(ML member)+ 6.530.It means pH value of artificial cariogenic solution was increasing with the titrating of two remineralization solutions,and pH value of ar-tificial cariogenic solution infinitely close to 7.0.CPP-ACP solution can increase pH value of artificial cario-genic solution more significantly than HAP solution.Conclusion CPP-ACP solution is better in changing the acidic environment of enamel demineralization.
