“卓越计划”语境下工科学生党员培育模式的创新与实践——以惠州学院建筑与土木工程系为例

摘　　要："卓越计划"的实施给高校党建工作提出了新要求。但在实践上,"工科学生党员培育模式"一直处于被遮蔽的"不在场"状态,暴露了"五重""五轻"的问题。惠州学院建筑与土木工程系积极探索创新学生党员培育模式,紧扣"一个价值",提升学生党员思想建设水平;融合"二维视阈",凸显学生党员综合素质;力推"三大举措",彰显学生党员先锋角色。The ＂Outstanding Plan＂ puts forward new requirements for the Party construction in universities. But in practice, the cultiva- tion mode of engineering student party members has been obscured by the ＂not to be＂ state, exposing the ＂five stressing and five ignor- ing＂ problems. The Department of Architecture ＆ Civil Engineering in Huizhou University actively explores innovative cultivation mode on student Party members, sticks to the ＂One Value＂ to enhance the level of ideological construction of student Party members, inte- grates the ＂Two-dimensional Perspectives＂ to highlight the student Party members＇ comprehensive quality, and pushes forward the ＂Three Measures＂ to protrude the pioneer role of student Party members.
