摘 要:针对大坝注浆时由于压力控制不当导致的混凝土盖重抬动变形甚至破坏等问题,基于最小势能原理,分别建立单孔与多孔注浆时混凝土盖重抬动变形值的理论计算模型.首先,通过对单孔注浆时的土体与混凝土盖重进行受力分析,建立了单孔注浆时混凝土盖重注浆抬动变形的势能方程,基于最小势能原理推求了单孔注浆时混凝土盖重抬动变形值的解析解;然后,将模型推广到多孔注浆情形,建立多孔注浆时混凝土盖重抬动变形值的解析模型,并分析了各注浆参数对抬动变形值的影响;最后,通过实际工程算例,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立混凝土盖重单孔和多孔注浆时抬动变形的三维有限元分析模型,分析结果与解析解及现场试验数据吻合较好,表明了解析解的有效性.To solve the lifting deformation and damage of concrete covering caused by improper pressure control of dam grouting, based on the minimum potential energy principle, single and multiple holes grouting concrete covering models were respectively established to calculate the deformation of concrete covering. The stresses of soil and the concrete covering for single hole grouting were analyzed to establish single hole potential energy equations of concrete covering grouting lifting deformation. Based on the prin- ciple of minimum potential energy, the deformation value of grouting analytic solutions was estimated. The model was extended to multiple grouting hole to set up multiple holes grouting concrete covering uplift analytic model of deformation and to analysis the effects of casting parameters on the deformation. Ac- cording to engineering example, ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish a three- dimensional finite element lifting deformation analysis model of concrete covering grouting for single and multiple holes. The results show that analytic solutions are well consistent with field experimental data a- nalysis, which shows the effectiveness of analytic solutions.
