摘　　要：对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定无铅焊锡中铅含量的测量结果进行了不确定度评定,建立了数学模型,对模型中各个参数的不确定度来源进行了计算和评定,得出该方法测定无铅焊锡中铅含量的测量结果为286mg/kg;扩展不确定度为6mg/kg(K=2)。The uncertainty measurement for determination of lead content in free-lead solder by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry was evaluated. The mathematical model was set up;and the resource of uncer-tainty was analyzed. The result shows that expanded uncertainty is 6 mg/kg, when the concentration of lead is 286 mg/kg and coverage factor is 2.
