摘　　要：已知第一配送中心,研究建立第二配送中心的必要性、位置及成本问题.首先分析物流网络规模价值,定性提出第二配送中心建立的必要性,然后确定第二配送中心选址模型,最后根据成本模型,将单配送中心和两配送中心下的成本情况进行对比,从而验证第二中心建立是否可行.Based on information of the first distribution center, the problem of the necessity, location and cost of establishing a second distribution center was studied. Firstly, the logistics network scale value was analyzed to suggest the necessity of setting up the second distribution center qualitatively. Then , the model of distribution center location was determined. Finally, the cost of two distribution centers was compared with that of the single distribution center. According to the cost model, the feasibility of setting up the second center was confirmed.
