胃复方联合化疗对中晚期脾虚瘀毒型胃癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察胃复方对中晚期脾虚瘀毒型胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例中晚期脾虚瘀毒型胃癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,两组均予以FOLFOX6方案化疗,治疗组在此基础上给予胃复方每日1剂口服。两组均14天为1个周期,共观察2个周期。治疗前后观察两组患者QLQ-C30量表评分、Piper疲乏量表评分、中医证候评分、卡劳夫斯基(Karnofsky)评分及化疗所致骨髓抑制、消化道反应。结果治疗组QLQ-C30量表积分、癌因疲乏程度、中医证候评分、Karnofsky评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组骨髓抑制及消化道反应较对照组轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论胃复方能改善中晚期脾虚瘀毒型胃癌患者生活质量,减轻化疗所致骨髓抑制及消化道反应。Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of Weifu Formula and chemotherapy on the quality of life in advanced gastric carcinoma patients with spleen deficiency and toxin accumulation syndrome.Methods In total 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients with spleen deficiency and toxin accumulation syndrome were randomly divide into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each. Both groups were treated with FOLFOX6 regimen,but the treatment group was added with Weifu Formula,a Chinese herbal decoction,one dose daily. 14-days was a treatment course,and both groups were observed for 2 courses. Changes in QLQ-C30 score,Piper fatigue scale（ PFS） score,TCM syndrome score,Karnofsky score,as well as gastrointestinal adverse effects and myelosuppression were observed. Results After treatment,the improvement of QLQ-C30 scores,PFS scores,TCM syndrome scores,and Karnofsky scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Myelosuppression and gastrointestinal toxicity were milder in the treatment group than that in the control group,with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Weifu Formula can improve the quality of life in advanced gastric carcinoma patients with spleen deficiency and toxin accumulation syndrome. It also helpful in alleviating myelosuppression and gastrointestinal adverse effects caused by chemotherapy.
