超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肝、肾及卵巢囊肿82例患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肝、肾及卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法：选79例肝、肾及卵巢囊肿患者,在超声引导下穿刺抽出囊液后注入无水乙醇硬化治疗。于术后3、6、12个月随访观察,对比治疗前、术后囊肿变化,评价疗效。结果：3-6个月有效率为96.3%,1年有效率为100%。结论：超声引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗肝、肾及卵巢囊肿获得良好疗效。Objective：To observe clinical effects of absolute ethanol in sclerotherapy of patients with liver, renal and ovarian cysts. Methods：79 cases with liver, renal and ovarian cysts were selected. They were were punctured and fluid aspirated, then abso-lute ethanol was injected for sclerotherapy. The follow ups were done 3, 6, and 12 months after the operation. The liver, renal and o-varian cyst changes before and after the operation were observed and the effects were evaluated. Results： The effective rates at 3-6 month-follow up and 1 year-follow up were 96. 3% and 100%, respectively. Conclusions： Ultrasound-guided injection of absolute ethanol in the sclerotherapy of liver, renal and ovarian cysts has a good therapeutic effect.
