高校青年教师科研系统构建

摘　　要：为了造就一支高水平的青年教师科研队伍,提升我国高校的国际竞争力,以高校青年教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,分析了高校青年教师科研现状,如科研动力不足、科研活动层级较低、科研经费投入偏少、科研团队建设较为薄弱、科研评价机制行政化色彩浓厚等问题。构建了包括科研主体系统、科研投入系统、科研激励系统、科研支撑系统和科研团队建设子系统的青年教师科研系统,耦合出高校科研系统新的整体效应,激发广大高校青年教师投身于科学研究的积极性。In order to build a high level team of young teachers＇ scientific research and improve the international competitiveness of Chinese colleges and universities,the author took the young teachers in colleges and universities as the research object,analyzed the present conditions of the young teachers＇ scientific research and found that the research status of young teachers＇ growth in colleges and universities are the external research motivation,low scientific research level,the little investment in research funds,the weak construction of scientific research team of young teachers,the thick administrative color of scientific evaluation mechanism,and so on. The author constructed the young teachers＇ scientific research system,including the subject,investment,incentives,support,team subsystems,which integrates effect of colleges and universities scientific research system and arouses the enthusiam of young teachers to engage in scientific research.
