基于数据挖掘的治疗湿疹处方用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析各医家治疗湿疹的用药经验。方法:收集了3本中医文献中治疗湿疹的病案,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则、处方规律。结果:对筛选出来的244首处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出22个核心药物组合和10首新处方。结论:基于中医传承辅助系统平台开展的中药治疗湿疹的数据挖掘和用药规律研究,既可有效指导湿疹的中医临床治疗,同时为防治湿疹的新药开发提供参考。Objective： A Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance assist system software was used in the analysis of the experiences of physicians medication treatment of eczema. Methods： The Three prescriptions reported about the treatment of eczema by the TCM literature were collected to analyze the utilizing frequency of the prescription drugs and association rules between different medicines. Data mining research methods such as Apriori algorithm, based on association rules, and complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster were used in the research. Results： Based on the computed results from 244 screened prescriptions, the utilizing frequency of the prescription drugs and association rules between different medicines were achieved, also 22 core drug combinations and 10 new prescriptions were found. Conclusion： The research, based on TCM inheritance assist system software platform and data mining method on medication rules of eczema treatment prescriptions, is instructive in the clinical treatment of eczema and also provide useful reference for the development of the new drug on eczema.
